Description
The bearing condition monitoring stands BALTECH BCM are intended to check rolling element bearing condition before their installation.
The bearing condition monitoring stand BALTECH BCM in designed for:
- Automatic diagnostics and testing of rolling element bearings
- Selection of qualitative bearings
- Registration and analysis of vibration signals
- Bearing database management
The stand was designed according to the standard ISO 15242-1:2004 (Rolling bearings. Measuring methods for vibration. Part 1. Fundamentals) on the basis of the vibration measurement technique for rolling element bearings with cylindrical holes. This measurement technique is applicable to the following bearing types, including those with one and two protective washers and sealing:
- single-row and double-row radial ball bearings;
- single-row and double-row angular ball bearings;
- cylindrical roller bearings;
- tapered roller bearings;
- single-row and double-row spherical radial roller bearings;
- single-row and double-row spherical radial thrust roller bearings
The above mentioned measurement technique is recommended for use by those enterprises that use the rolling element bearings. The bearing diagnostics stand BALTECH BCM was designed in association with the specialists of the bearing plants.
